SFQ Solutions Ltd. is currently the only organisation in Hong Kong, who provides a comprehensive training program for domestic helpers on safety. An induction program to a wide range of safety topics from Food Safety to Fire Safety will provide the necessary knowledge and skillset to your domestic helpers to recognise unsafe conditions in and around the household, and will enable them to deal with these in a timely and positive manner.

Mostly working with vulnerable age groups (young children and elderly) and generally with no supervision means that domestic helpers are at more risk of unsafe conditions. Elderly and young people may not be able to differentiate between safe/unsafe acts, and therefore could create hazardous situations around them.

A strong safety background has enabled SFQ Solutions to develop a comprehensive Safety Awareness Training Program, focusing both on reactive elements (such as how to deal with emergency situations like fire, food poisoning, medical emergencies), and also on predictive and proactive safety subjects, more specifically, on individuals’ mind-set and recognition of hazardous conditions, and their understanding of how dangerous situations can be avoided and deescalated.
